Kathy graduated from the Texas Woman’s University Nursing School and retired from Lake Dallas ISD in 2003. They have been members of the Lake Cities United Methodist Church for over 40 years. Traveling, volunteering for various programs at their church, and being involved in their grandchildren’s active lives occupy their time in retirement.The couple has two children, Kristi Baine and husband, Steve, of Denton, and Rob Kleam and wife, Stephanie, of Lake Dallas. They have two grandsons, Chase and Jake Baine, a granddaughter, Rylee Kleam, and a great-grandson, Brayden Baine.In May, Bob and Kathy will celebrate their 50th Anniversary with a trip to Estes Park, Colorado. In June, the couple will take a family vacation with their children to Glenwood Springs, Colorado.
